What are the Efteling’s opening hours on Family Day?

The park is open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

What is Family Day all about?

Don’t come alone; bring your partner, and if you have children living at home, they are warmly welcome too! If you're single, feel free to bring a guest to enjoy this festive day. If you're a grandparent, you can register yourself and bring grandchildren at your own expense.

Can I bring my grandchildren?

You may bring one guest. If you'd like to come with more people, they are welcome at their own cost. Tickets can be purchased at efteling.com. Only you and your guest will receive the Neele-Vat package.

I live at home; can I bring my family?

Why do I need to submit my clothing size?

As in 2022, we want this day to visibly celebrate our Neele-Vat family. That’s why we’re asking you to indicate your attendance, who you’re bringing, and your clothing sizes. More details will follow later.

I have an Efteling subscription.

Indicate on the registration page if you have a subscription, and if you also have a parking pass. You won’t receive an entrance ticket but will receive everything else.

Will food and drinks be provided on Family Day?

Enjoy a delicious lunch at the Pythonweide during the Neele-Vat Food Truck Festival between 12:00 and 2:00 pm.

I have dietary preferences or allergies.

The lunch will offer a variety of dishes, including fish, meat, halal, and vegetarian options. If you have allergies that require specific accommodations, please email events@neelevat.com.

What about transportation and parking?

All colleagues from the Netherlands can travel to the Efteling by their own means. If you’re driving, indicate this in your registration to receive a parking pass. There is a large parking area at the Efteling.

Why can't I order clothing size <110?

For children with a clothing size below 110, no clothing has been provided.

When will I receive the Neele-Vat package?

All packages will be distributed at various locations at the end of May or beginning of June, so you’ll have everything well in advance.

Can I try on the clothing somewhere to choose the right size?

No, it's not possible to try on clothing beforehand.
